Our History
Alkhidmat UK is a non-profit, non-political, and autonomous humanitarian organisation that works with real-world problems, emergencies, and humanitarian aid.
Alkhidmat UK has embarked on a mission to restore normalcy in times of crises with unshakable commitment. Our service areas include disaster relief, healthcare, education, clean water access, orphan care, and various other community services. We support and participate in helpful programmes to reach all of mankind through our strong partnerships with NGOs (both private and public).

The past year has been a period of steady growth and significant achievements for
our organisation as we continue to expand our global footprint. We have extended our
reach to Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Yemen, Gaza, Bangladesh, and Pakistan, bringing
much-needed relief and development to some of the most underserved communities in
the world. Among our key milestones, we launched the first- ever ambulance service
in Tonkolili, Sierra Leone, an unprecedented step forward in improving emergency
healthcare in the region.
None of this progress would have been possible without the dedication of our
exceptional team, the trust of our trustees, and, most importantly, the unwavering
support of our growing number of local donors. Together, we are making a lasting
difference in the lives of those who need it most.
